Central Manitoulin Seniors Programming

Central Manitoulin offers a variety of programming geared to adults 55+ which include exercise classes, cooking sessions and seniors’ drop-in days. These programs provide an opportunity to gather while promoting an active and engaged lifestyle within the community. Cooking Classes in Central Manitoulin

Classes takes place on the second Wednesday of each month from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Mindemoya Hall. Join each session and learn tips, tricks and recipes from different renowned Island Cooks & Dieticians. All levels of experience welcome. There is no cost to participate but registration is required.

Drop-in takes place on the fourth Thursday of each month from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Central Manitoulin Library in Mindemoya, starting October 26th, 2023. This program provides an opportunity to socialize, enjoy a coffee, play games, and receive educational information and resources.

Central Manitoulin 12 week Exercise Class will be starting March 8th, 2024 at the Providence Bay Hall. Classes will run every Friday from 10:30 am - 11:30 am with one hour of exercise and one hour of socialization. There is a $20 registration fee for the whole 12 week program.
