Docks and Boat Launches in Central Manitoulin

Docks and bumpers are installed May Long Weekend and removed the 2^nd Monday in October.

• Boat launches are unattended 
• No fees are assessed 
• No washing of vehicles
• No dogs
• No swimming
• No overnight parking or camping permitted
• Use at your own risk

Big Lake Boat Launch 

Located where Highway 542 meets the lake (northwest side)

This launch is a ramp only and does not include a dock or a tie off location. Seasonal portable washrooms available at this site and limited parking is available.

Kagawong Lake Boat Launch 

Located on Perivale Road West

This launch includes a dock and tie off locations. Seasonal portable washrooms available at this site and very limited parking available.

Lake Manitou Boat Launch 

Located at the Sandfield Government Dock

This launch is located at the Sandfield dam park and includes bumpers and anchor to tie off your boat. Seasonal portable washrooms available, including a picnic and rest area

Lake Mindemoya Boat Launch - Ketchankookem Trail

Located at Kechankookem Trail and Willow-o-Wisp Way in Mindemoya, ON. 

The boat launch at the Mindemoya government dock pier bumpers and designated trailer parking in lot #1 seasonal washrooms are available.

Lake Mindemoya Boat Launch - Monument Road

Also known as Stanley Park Boat Launch and is located on Monument Road.

The launch includes a big dock, small picnic and rest area, one site waste diversion receptacles. No washroom facilities available at this site.

Windfall Lake Boat Launch 

Located on Dial Road

This launch is a ramp only and does not include a dock or a tie off location. No washroom facilities available at this site.
