The Municipality of Central Manitoulin invites residents and user groups to participate in the preliminary public engagement sessions for the Municipality’s Recreation Infrastructure Master Planning process. Join us on April 29th at the Providence Bay Hall or on May 7th at the Mindemoya Hall at 6 pm to have your say!
The Municipality of Central Manitoulin is seeking applicants interested in the position of full-time Solid Waste Operations Supervisor.
The Solid Waste Operations Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of the Municipality’s solid waste services and will support the implementation of the long-term Waste Management Plan that was approved by Council in 2022.
The Municipality of Central Manitoulin has our cooling stations open. With this unseasonably warm weather please come and cool down at 6020 Highway 542 in our foyer 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Please stay hydrated and rest where and when it is needed.

Townline Bridge No. 10 is a two-span steel stringer bridge that carries two lanes of traffic over the Manitou River, in Snowville, by the intersection of Townline Road and Side Road 15. The bridge has a length of 9.71 m, consisting of two 4.85 m spans and a width of 6.75 m.
