Please be advised that beginning last Friday, February 10, 2023 we began the migration process of changing municipal staff @amtelecom.net emails to @centralmanitoulin.ca. Mail that is sent to the old @amtelecom.net email address will be forwarded to the newly created email addresses until the end of May 2023. The email addresses are being updated on the Municipal Directory https://www.centralmanitoulin.ca/admi.../municipal-directory as they are migrated. Once they are all migrated another announcement will be made.
An announcement by Eastlink stated that all @amtelecom.net emails will be discontinued by the end of May 2023. Further, they have indicated that they are not issuing @eastlink.ca emails. Anyone with @amtelecom.net emails should take action to change their email addresses in good time to allow their contacts enough notice of the change.
