Please be advised that in the interest of public safety A.J. Wagg Memorial Park (Wagg's Woods) will be closed during 2021 hunting (rifle) season from November 15th to 21st. There are adjacent properties to the park land that are actively used for hunting and with the park in a ongoing trail building state without clearly defined borders and upper park trails it was deemed in the interest of public safety to close it for one week. There will be no hunting on the park property, this is public safety measure pertaining to adjacent properties.
