Request for Proposals (RFP) LCBO Convenience Outlet Spring Bay

Wednesday, March 3, 2021

The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) has requested that we assist in notifying the public about this request for proposals to ensure fairness and transparency in their process.
_________

Through this program the LCBO partners with independent businesses in communities without a full LCBO store to sell wine, beer and spirits on its behalf. To ensure fairness and transparency, an open procurement is required in each community every five years, or when an Outlet closes or changes ownership. On Monday, LCBO launched an RFP to invite applications from businesses in Spring Bay as a procurement is now required.

The full RFP documents are available at this link. Applications must be submitted by email to lcbosubmissions@lcbo.com by 2:00pm on Monday, March 22. Whether a business is currently a Convenience Outlet operator, has previously expressed interest, or has no previous involvement with the program, they must submit a new application within the RFP period. There is no fee to apply.
