Pearson Cup Committee Make's Decision to Cancel 2020 Tournament

Friday, May 8, 2020
The committee has made the tough decision to cancel the traditionally social ball tournament weekend.

Dear Pearson Cup Blooper-Ball Participants,

After much thought and consideration and due to the public health restrictions the Pearson Cup Committee regrets to inform you that we have decided to cancel the upcoming Ball Tournament to be held in Mindemoya, on Father's Day weekend June 19th, 20th & 21st , 2020.

This decision was not an easy one to make as we look forward to hosting this event and seeing everyone, but at this time the health & personal well-being of all ball players, spectators and the community as a whole is of upmost importance to us and we feel this is the safest and most responsible course of action to take and cancel this event for this year!

We look forward to seeing everyone next year- practice up for an exciting Pearson Cup Blooper Ball Tournament, June 18th, 19 & 20th, 2021!
Stay safe!

Pearson Cup Chairperson
