The below motion extending Municipal Tax and Utility Deferment until August 31st, 2020 was passed at the regular Council meeting held June 25, 2020.
167-2020 MOTION: D. Stephens and Tribinevicius
That Council approves the following:
1. That the 2020 interim tax levy instalments for the February 28 and April 30 for properties within the municipality be deferred to August 31, 2020.
2. That the utility bill payments for March 31 and June 30 be deferred until August 31, 2020.
3. That all progression and penalties on Tax registrations be deferred until August 31, 2020.
4. And that the necessary by-laws be enacted………………………………………..carried.
