Municipal Operations - Extended Provincial Shutdown to Jan 23

Municipal Office

The office will be closed to the public for the Provincial lockdown until at least Monday January 25, 2021 (next business day). We recommend doing Municipal business over the phone or by email, visit the Municipal directory at http://www.centralmanitoulin.ca/administration/municipal-directory.  In some cases appointments can be made for in-person business. 

Maintenance, Indoor Facilities and Rentals

Facilities will then close until January 23rd, 2021 in accordance with Provincial regulations.  Facility rental can start again after the shutdown is lifted.

Outdoor Facilities
Outdoor facilities will remain open. Any person who enters or uses the amenity maintains a physical distance of at least two metres from any other person using the amenity (excluding members of the same household). No team sports, no associated buildings will be open. 

Landfills and Garbage/Recycling Pickup

These services will operate as normal. 

Roads Department 

These services will operate as normal.
