Jobs and Volunteer Opportunities to Help in the Fight Against COVID-19

There are several ways you could assist in the fight against COVID-19. Below are some jobs and volunteer opportunities that have been posted in the last few weeks. 

Ontario Agriculture Jobs:

Apply for agriculture, agri-food and food industry jobs to support the response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

Federal Volunteer Statistics Gathering:
The Canadian Government is seeking volunteers to help in the following areas:

Case tracking and contact tracing;
Case data collection and reporting; and,
Health system surge capacity.

Municipal Delivery System for Self-Isolators:

The Municipality of Central Manitoulin needs volunteers for the Central Manitoulin Community Helpline grocery and errand delivery service for residents self-isolating. To register as a volunteer call Marcus Mohr, Community Development/Outreach Coordiator at 705-377-5726 or email centralecdev@amtelecom.net
