The Municipality of Central Manitoulin is planning to close our last remaining landfill in Providence Bay, ON in June 2023 to achieve compliance with Ministry of Environment Conservation and Parks requirements. As part of that process, we are completing a comprehensive evaluation of our waste service delivery options and developing a plan to address short and long-term waste diversion and disposal needs. With the support of the team at Cambium Inc., the Municipality of Central Manitoulin is preparing a Waste Management Master Plan.

This online survey is one of the ways we are providing residents an opportunity to provide comment and have direct input into the development of the plan.

The survey will remain open until August 31, 2022 and we encourage you to share widely among friends, family and contacts who reside in the Municipality of Central Manitoulin!

Access the survey from the link on our website at www.centralmanitoulin.ca/central-manitoulin/waste-recycling or by following the link directly to the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/X6XJ3W6
