This program has been designed to meet the needs of individuals who have already received their Early Childhood Education Diploma and wish to pursue professional specialization.
The program provides Early Childhood Educators with the knowledge and techniques necessary to work in supervisory/administrative positions.
Six-week placement in semester 2.
Develops key skills needed for those that wish to make the jump from a front-line ECE worker to a supervisory position, including a focus on Marketing, Leadership and Staff Development.

Stress and Resilience – Cambrian College

There is no disputing we are living in challenging times. What can you do to help develop strategies to cope with the stressors you may be experiencing? In this lesson, we will explore the concept of stress, your reactions to stress, and some of the strategies you can use to build resilience.
Living the Good Life (Mino-Bimaadiziwin) - Cambrian College
Instructor: Ghislaine Goudreau, B.P.H.E., MSc (Health Promotion)
This module will explain how to live the Good Life (Mino-Bimaadiziwin) by using the Medicine Wheel. The Medicine Wheel is an ancient symbol used by some Indigenous Peoples of North and South America. It teaches us that we have four aspects of ourselves that need to be in balance and equally developed to remain healthy. In this module you will be provided an example of how to assess and create some personal goals in relation to your spiritual, emotional, physical and mental health, and your overall well-being.
