The Discovery Centre Board and the Municipality of Central Manitoulin are monitoring the COVID-19 situation and regulations for re-opening tourism sites. Currently, there are no firm plans on opening the Discovery Centre on its regular opening date which is usually around July 1st.
The Harbour View Centre - currently the indoor bathrooms are closed to the public but the outdoor bathroom/change house is converted to single use. The tenant restaurant "Huron Island Time" business is open in the Harbour Centre.
