RETURNING VISITORS NEED TO SELF ISOLATE FOR AT LEAST 14 DAYS

In an effort to control the spread of COVID-19, we wish to express our deepest concerns regarding information about returning travellers who are not self isolating. All level of government, medical professionals and all the experts agree that self isolation, particularly in the case of returing travellers is of extreme importance if COVID-19 is to be contained.  Please, if you need someone to do your shopping for you while you self isolate there are resources available to you. A large number of volunteers are forming to assist in this exact situation, there is no need to be out in public when you are to be self isolating after travel. Call the municipal office 705-377-5726 to arrange for a volunteer to help you. This is not a exercise in social shaming but it is of extreme importance and requires everyones attention. Help us get the message across.

Attached are posters that businesses can use to post on doors and windows along with posting on social media.
