COVID-19 - No New Building Permits to be Issued, Applications Will Be Accepted

Monday, May 4, 2020

As per the current Ontario Government laws regarding emergency measures due to COVID-19 we will not be issuing any new building permits until further notice. Building permit applications will be accepted and put into a queue to be processed once the provincial orders are lifted.

"Only critical construction projects will continue, including industrial projects such as refineries and petrochemical plants and infrastructure projects such as new hospitals, roads and bridges. New starts in residential projects will stop, while residential construction that is near completion will continue."
