Council and Committee Meetings will be going ahead on the same days as usual however all meetings will take place at 1:30 p.m. by video/teleconference through a program called Zoom.
Municipal Council and Committee meeting dates are scheduled as follows:
Roads -1st Tuesday at 1:30 pm
Water/Waste/Education - 1st Thursday at 1:30 pm
Council - 2nd Thursday at 1:30 pm
Property - 2nd Tuesday at 1:30 pm
Safety/Security/Health - 3rd Tuesday at 1:30 pm
Finance/Economic Development - 3rd Thursday at 1:30 pm
Office/Administration - 4th Tuesday at 1:30 pm
Council - 4th Thursday at 1:30 pm
Always check the website or contact the Municipality for any changes.
THESE WILL BE VIDEO/TELECONFERENCE MEETINGS AND THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO LISTEN IN. FOR THE PUBLIC TO LISTEN IN YOU MUST FORWARD YOUR EMAIL TO: centralaa@amtelecom.net and be sent the information to be invited into the teleconference group to listen in or telephone: 705-377-5726 and give us your email address.
Please make these arrangements before 1:00 p.m. on the day of each indiviudal meeting and specify which meeting you want to listen to.
