COVID-19: New Council and Committee Meeting Schedules

Monday, March 30, 2020

Council and Committee Meetings will be going ahead on the same days as usual however all meetings will take place at 1:30 p.m. by video/teleconference through a program called Zoom. 

Municipal Council and Committee meeting dates are scheduled as follows:

Roads -1st Tuesday at 1:30 pm
Water/Waste/Education - 1st Thursday at 1:30 pm
Council - 2nd Thursday at 1:30 pm
Property - 2nd Tuesday at 1:30 pm
Safety/Security/Health - 3rd Tuesday at 1:30 pm
Finance/Economic Development - 3rd Thursday at 1:30 pm 
Office/Administration - 4th Tuesday at 1:30 pm
Council - 4th Thursday at 1:30 pm
Always check the website or contact the Municipality for any changes.

THESE WILL BE VIDEO/TELECONFERENCE MEETINGS AND THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO LISTEN IN. FOR THE PUBLIC TO LISTEN IN YOU MUST FORWARD YOUR EMAIL TO: and be sent the information to be invited into the teleconference group to listen in or telephone: 705-377-5726 and give us your email address.
Please make these arrangements before 1:00 p.m. on the day of each indiviudal meeting and specify which meeting you want to listen to.
