We have created a COVID-19 business impact survey for the month of April 2020. This survey is anonymous, and all questions require an answer. Answers should be based on the time frame of April 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020. This survey is for the Central Manitoulin Business Community and is an anonymous data collection conducted by the Municipality of Central Manitoulin.
The data will be used for the purposes of policy formation, program implementation and advocacy on businesses behalf. Further surveys will be conducted to assess the ongoing impact of COVID-19 on our economy. Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback is important.
