Central Manitoulin COVID-19 Business Impact Study

This survey is to measure the current impact of COVID-19 on our economy. This survey should take about 7-10 minutes to fill out. The data will be used for the purposes of policy formation, program implementation and advocacy on businesses behalf.   
 
This survey is anonymous, and all questions require an answer. Answers should be based on the time frame of the first confirmation of COVID-19 in Canada on January 27th, 2020 to the end of last month March 31st, 2020.  This survey is for the Central Manitoulin Business Community and is a data collection conducted by the Municipality of Central Manitoulin. This survey will be available for seven (7) days starting April 2 and ending April 8, 2020. Further surveys will be conducted to assess the ongoing COVID-19 impact on our economy. A Little About Central

The Municipality of Central Manitoulin is located in the centre of Manitoulin Island with an abundance of lakes, rivers, and beaches.
