A Community Improvement Plan (CIP) is a tool available to municipalities under the Planniing Act to help facilitate revitalization and redevelopment. Grant, loan and other programs have been developed and approved by Council to respond to local business property investment needs, such as:
- Façade, Landscape and Signage Improvement
- Building Restoration, Renovation and Improvement
- Planning and Related Fees
- Tax Increment Grant
- Environmental Site Assessment
