Service Canada

Service Canada provides Canadians with a single point of access to a wide range of government services and benefits either in person, by phone, by internet or by mail. Scheduled Outreach Sites provide services tailored to the needs of the community (mainly information and transaction support). These locations may also be within urban areas to serve targeted groups. Service Canada staff will travel to pre-determined locations on a regular basis (i.e. one day per week).
